UK redundancy, notice, holiday and maternity pay calculators

UK employment rights are mostly statutory minimums, and the figures change each April. For the 2026/27 tax year a week’s pay is capped at £751 for redundancy, Statutory Maternity Pay is £194.32 a week after the first six weeks, and almost every worker gets 5.6 weeks of paid holiday.

Each calculator below gives the statutory minimum. Your contract can give you more — longer notice, enhanced redundancy or extra leave — but never less.
